Privacy

Your information,
handled clearly.

How Roten handles information when you browse, contact us or use our services.

Effective 19 October 2026

Roten is operated by Tose'e Farayand Ravosh. This notice explains the public website's current practices and identifies the separate console and API processing involved in a customer account.

Contact information you provide

Our form handles API access, sales, account funding and support requests. It asks for your name, company, and an email address or phone number. You may also provide monthly usage, current models, project details and a message.

We use this information to review your request, contact you and arrange the relevant next steps. Please keep passwords, API keys and confidential documents out of the form.

Saved requests and team notifications

Requests are saved in a private file on our server with a reference number, submission time and request type. New requests also queue a notification containing your submitted contact details and message for the Roten team’s configured Bale group.

Bale processes the notification to deliver it to the group, whose members can read its contents. The team uses these details to review and follow up on your request. The server record remains the authoritative request record.

You receive an on-screen reference, without an email confirmation. The reference confirms that your request was saved; notification delivery and the team’s response are separate steps. Keep the reference for follow-up by phone or through support.

Storage and privacy requests

The team reviews private server records and Bale group notifications. No automatic retention or deletion schedule is configured for these records or group messages.

Use the support form or the phone numbers below to ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion. Include your request reference where available, and share only the details needed to identify the record.

Browser events and cookies

Navigation, model selection and copy actions can create events inside your browser. The events contain the event name, page and relevant model or workload identifiers. They exclude contact-form contents, search text, prompts and API keys. No remote analytics destination is configured.

The public website does not use an application sign-in or analytics cookie. The separate Roten console uses an essential session cookie to keep you signed in; its HTTPS configuration marks that cookie Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Strict. Hosting and CDN infrastructure also handle the web requests needed to deliver the site.

Console and API data

The console handles account access, API keys and usage information. API requests are forwarded through an upstream service and may be processed by the selected model provider. Processing scope, retention and data-use settings depend on the selected service and the customer agreement arranged during onboarding.

Confirm the applicable settings with us before sending personal or confidential data that requires specific handling. A model's successful API test does not establish a separate privacy or retention commitment.
